7.2/10

My stay at the Royal Beach Hotel Tel Aviv was mostly positive, marked by a superb location and really good dining. However, some challenges marred the experience, particularly with noise in my room and a few staff members who were less than welcoming. Overall, it was a balanced experience, but there’s room for improvement.

Rooms

The room had a great view, but it was noisy and didn't fully meet my expectations. Thankfully, the staff were considerate of my complaints and offered a change if needed.
Service
7.0
Most of the staff were friendly and professional, but about 20% seemed unwelcoming and inattentive. This inconsistency was frustrating during my stay.
Location
10.0
The location is fantastic! It's right across the road from a beautiful beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea.
Dining
8.0
Dining options were excellent with a great selection, especially breakfast. However, I think there could be more kosher options available.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had good amenities including a lovely pool and spa, though wifi was a bit spotty throughout my stay.

7.4/10

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Beach Hotel. the decor is stunning, and the breakfast each morning was truly a feast. However, there were a few cleanliness issues I encountered, which was disappointing given the hotel’s overall luxury. The location is perfect for beach access and exploring the vibrant Carmel Market.

Rooms
8.0
I stayed in a beautifully appointed room that was spacious and well-maintained. The only downside was the lack of USB ports for charging devices. Overall, the comfort and aesthetics made it enjoyable.
Service
9.0
The staff was really good. they truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, especially the concierge and front desk team. However, I noticed some areas could use improvement, particularly in the club service.
Location

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk across the road to the beach and minutes from the Carmel Market. making it easy to explore the best of Tel Aviv.
Dining

Breakfast was a highlight. with a wide variety of delicious options. I did order pizza one night that did not live up to expectations, so I’d skip that.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities are great, especially the pool area with stunning views. though I feel they could improve on providing higher quality toiletries.

7.0/10

My stay at the Royal Beach Hotel was a mixed bag. While the location was right by the beach and had some cool views, the customer service really left a sour taste. Even though the breakfast was pretty great, it felt like some areas needed a bit more attention.

Rooms
6.0
I was in an Executive sea-facing room, but it turned out to be just an oblique view. The storage was limited, and the soundproofing could've been better. At least the walk-in shower was powerful with plenty of hot water, which was a plus.
Service
5.0
The concierge was helpful, but my overall experience with the staff was hit or miss. There were instances of rudeness that I found quite surprising for a place that claims to be a luxury hotel.
Location
8.0
The hotel is perfectly situated right across from a lively beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. However, crossing the busy road felt a bit hazardous at times.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast at the hotel was great, with a good range of choices and made-to-order options. However, I did wish there were more alternatives available throughout the day.
Facilities
5.0
The pool area was nice, but finding shade was challenging. Also, the lifts were slow and often crowded, which was a bit annoying when trying to get around.

6.0/10

While Royal Beach Hotel Tel Aviv has a great location across from the beach, my stay was marred by several service issues and disappointing room conditions. I appreciated the lovely pool and clean common areas, but the experience overall did not live up to my expectations for an Isrotel hotel.

Rooms
6.0
I booked a mini suite, but it was poorly designed with windows that didn't open and a giant pillar dividing the space unnecessarily. The regular room we switched to was much better, but I felt we’d paid far too much for the accommodation.
Service
5.0
The service I encountered was not up to par. communication with the front desk was often frustrating, and requests for assistance sometimes took longer than expected. Automated feedback requests went unanswered, which was disheartening.
Location
10.0
The location is fantastic, just across the road from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the promenade and the vibrant surroundings of Tel Aviv.
Dining
7.0
I enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great selection of fresh food. while I appreciated the made-to-order hot drinks, I found limited dining alternatives nearby.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had well-kept facilities, but I encountered some maintenance issues during my stay, affecting overall comfort.

I had a good stay at the Royal Beach Hotel, enjoying the luxurious atmosphere and really good service. The sea-view balcony from my room was a highlight, making the experience even more special. Although the breakfast was fantastic, the staff could have been better informed about hotel amenities.

Rooms
10.0
I stayed in a spacious corner room that was beautifully appointed and exceeded my expectations. The view was stunning and made the stay extra enjoyable.
Service
8.0
While most of the staff were friendly and eager to assist, I did encounter a few who were unhelpful and seemed to lack knowledge about the hotel. This inconsistency was a bit disappointing, especially for a 5-star hotel.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location is very nice, right next to the beach and the promenade. It’s also just a short walk to Carmel Market, which I highly recommend exploring.
Dining
10.0
I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its amazing selection. Additionally, dining at the on-site restaurant was a wonderful culinary experience.
Facilities
9.0
The spa and outdoor pool area were lovely, providing a great spot to relax with a stunning view of the sea. However, I wish there had been better wifi coverage throughout the hotel.
